   Service Description    

To support the desire of the elderly to age in place, we operate self-financing day care services with the following characteristics:

  • Long service hours (from 8am-7pm)
  • 24-hour support from residential home
  • Professional care team including therapists, nurse, social worker and experienced care worker
  • Care-giver training and support
  • Rehabilitative equipment assessment and purchase

   Service Targets   

Residents of East Kowloon, aged 60 and above, with the following difficulties/symptoms:

  • Physically frail, requiring personal care in daily living activities
  • Dementia / Cognitive impairment
  • Cerebrovascular Accident (CVA)
  • Parkinson's Disease
  • Arthritis
  • Chronic pain syndrome
  • Fracture
  • High risk of fall / history of fall

1-2 day(s) / week
